Editor's Note
Above the entrance door of the Koraşı Mosque there is a construction inscription in thuluth script. The inscription reads: "This noble mosque was built with the help of the village people - may God make His dominion everlasting - during the reign of Sultan Abdülhamid II, in the year AH 1309 (AD 1891)."
