Editor's Note
The Haci Gedik Bridge is a historic bridge over the Banaz Stream on the Usak-Karahalli road. It is said to have been built in 1880 by the carpet merchant Haci Mustafa Efendi. The bridge is built of cut stone with three arches, measuring 26 meters long and 4.5 meters wide. Its deck, originally of wood, was renewed with concrete in 1955.
