The Tomb of Aslan Baba lies within a cave northwest of the Hasankeyf Inner Citadel. Carved out of the rock, the tomb consists of two sections; in the entrance section there are niches in the north and south walls. The second section is the tomb's main chamber, where the grave cenotaph of Aslan Baba lies. The tomb also has a small section where materials were stored, and the person buried here is thought to have been a mystic saint, dervish or religious scholar.
