The Meşti Valley Rock Mosque lies on the eastern slope of the Meşti Valley, within the bounds of the village of Tepebaşı in the Hasankeyf district of Batman province. The single-space mosque, rectangular in plan and oriented east–west, is entered from the north. The south wall holds a mihrab niche, while the east and north walls have niches used as shelves.
