The Abuzer Gaffari Tomb lies in the Serkevir Valley at the Salkimli hamlet of Cayustu village in central Batman. Built in two sections on a north-south axis, the building's northern section serves as a small mosque and its southern section as a tomb. The tomb, near-square in plan and measuring on average 6 by 4 m, has a concrete-rendered interior, and its roof has collapsed entirely. The presence of two old graves to the east of the structure and animal horns atop the walls shows that the site is a place of pilgrimage for those who make votive offerings.
