Editor's Note
The Baglica Village Cemetery is located in Baglica village in the Gercus district of Batman and is enclosed by a retaining wall. Burials still take place in the cemetery today. Within the area, alongside late-period graves, there are also early-period grave structures whose foot- and headstones bear no inscriptions or ornament. The boundaries of these old graves were marked off by surrounding them with irregular stones.
