Eymir Han lies within the boundaries of the Gercus district of Batman, 515 metres southeast of Eymir village, and consists of two separate sections for travellers and for animals. The single-storey lodging section is rectangular in plan, built on the bedrock with a barrel-vaulted ceiling, small windows and loophole openings. The animal-shelter section, to the east, is oval in plan and designed with a round lighting opening in its ceiling, with holes in its walls for tethering animals.
