Editor's Note
It lies within forested land on the slopes of the upper reaches of the Samson (Mycale) Mountains facing Kusadasi, within the boundaries of Dilek Peninsula National Park. Surrounded by walls, it was built as a complex of buildings in which, alongside the main church, various structures serving different functions stood together.
