The Göktaş Hamlet Mosque lies within the boundaries of Doğanpazarı village in the Beşiri district of Batman province, about 550 m north of the hamlet. The nearly square, rectangular building consists of a prayer hall and a two-bay portico with round arches for latecomers. The prayer hall, with a mihrab niche on its south wall, is barrel-vaulted inside and covered on the outside with a flat earthen roof. Built of block stone, broken stone, and gypsum mortar, the mosque has today been significantly damaged by natural and human causes.
