The Karakaya Han is a historic structure in the Karakaya neighborhood of Diyarbakir's Cermik district, on the old Silk Road, built in the late 13th to early 14th century. Constructed during the Anatolian Seljuk period, the inn has a rectangular plan running north-south and offered lodging to caravans for centuries. Although it was restored in 2016, it still remains closed.
