Editor's Note
The inn that Kurt Erdmann visited on 2 October 1955 was described by Sterrett (1888, p. 226) as a ruined inn with no water and is marked on Kiepert's map as Zendshirli Han. This inn lies in a completely deserted spot on the old Konya-Aksaray road, between the Sadeddin Han (no. 28) and the Akbas Han (no. 7). The present structure is a broad rectangle measuring 18.60 x 10.60 m, with a flat wooden ceiling supported by five roughly built columns.
