It is located in the Selim Sultan neighborhood, on the left side of the road going from Uluirmak to Karaarslan. Of this monument, which belongs to the group of eyvan (iwan) tombs, only part of the north wall and the lower storey have survived to the present day. From these, the plan and form of the building can be determined. The tomb consists of a lower and an upper storey. One descends to the lower storey, where the principal grave lies, by a stairway of five or six steps opening to the west.
