The Hacieyuplu Han stands on the Denizli-Izmir road and is also referred to in historical sources as the Karasungur Han. No physical remains of the inn survive today. Its inscription, however, has come down to us and provides the most important historical information about the building. Dating to the Anatolian Seljuk period, the inscription places the structure in the year 1235 (AH 633). The inn was built during the reign of Alaeddin Keykubad, in his name, by an emir named Seyfeddin Karasungur.
