Faraşa Castle and the Virgin Mary Bath, both within Çamlıca village, are also intriguing historical monuments and most likely date to the Roman Imperial period. In Roman times Çamlıca (Faraşa) was an industrial town, and it is known that iron goods (picks, shovels, and the like) were worked here until quite recent times.
