Editor's Note
It ended with a victory for the Germiyanid side against the Karamanids. It took place in 1421, during the reign of Murad II. As a result of the siege, Burdur came under Karamanid control. A settlement was established on the site. Note: The location is not certain. Since the city had high mountains at its back, it is assumed that it would have been besieged from the north.
