Editor's Note

It was built to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Abdülhamid II's accession to the throne. The mosque's interior walls are adorned with hand-drawn floral decorations. There are also motifs such as the Ottoman coat of arms and a depiction of a four-minaret mosque.
