The Küçük Avşar Village Han was the fifth caravanserai on the 13th-century Seljuk-period Kesikbeli caravan route and lies between Konya and the Mediterranean ports. The exact location of the han is uncertain, but it is thought to have been near the village of Küçükavşar, about 5 km northeast of Beyşehir. Prof. Osman Uysal mentioned the existence of the structure but gave no detailed information. Some architectural fragments associated with the han have been found in mosques and fountains in the villages of Küçükavşar and Eylük. With their geometric ornamentation and star motifs, these fragments point to Seljuk architecture.
