The Sheikh Muhammed Tomb is located in the Şar neighbourhood of the Artuklu district of Mardin province, to the south of the Zinciriye Madrasa. The tomb bears no construction inscription, and cut stone was used in its construction. Built open to the sky, the tomb is reached by descending a staircase from the east. It has a rectangular plan, measuring 6.56 m east-to-west and 2.36 m north-to-south, and contains the grave of Sheikh Muhammed. The head and foot gravestones feature lobed half-domes and muqarnas.
