The Gollu Neighbourhood Church lies in the Gollu (Goliye) neighbourhood of the Artuklu district of Mardin Province. Those responsible for the church are known to call it the Mor Teodoros Church as well. On its southern facade there are inscriptions written in Syriac. Set on a rectangular area, the church was built using cut and finely cut stone. The naos is reached through a rectangular entrance opening, 1.35 m wide, 0.40 m deep and 2.25 m high, on the north side of the atrium.
