See Prof. Dr. Ayşe Aydın, An Example of the Symbolism of the Companions of the Cave in the Westernization-Period Decorative Program: Muğla's Keyfoturağı Mosque. The inscription reads as follows: The benefactor Kadızade, a man of zeal; may worshippers offer prayers for him with every prostration. Tahir, hearing of its construction, said, O our Lord, lengthen his life and make divine favor his companion. AH 1287 (AD 1870).
