Editor's Note
It was built by the Italians who occupied the region during the War of Independence, to ease transport and occupation along the Çine-Yatağan route. Just as in Yatağan, it was constructed as an iron bridge, here over the Kayırlı Stream, the main upper tributary of the Çine River. Like the other iron bridge, it collapsed in 2008 when a heavy marble-laden truck crossed it.
