The church in the upper part of Haberli village has a nearly square, rectangular plan measuring 8.50 x 9.80 m on the outside. There is a courtyard on its outer west side. It is covered by a hipped roof running north-south. The interior has two sections: a naos at the entrance and an altar area (mezbah) to its east. The church is entered through a doorway with a flat lintel in the middle of the west facade facing the courtyard. The naos measures 4.10 x 6.60 m and was built on a transverse rectangular plan running north-south. The altar area to its east is likewise transverse rectangular and measures 2.05 x 6.60 m.
