Editor's Note
It is located on the Dumanli plateau in the village of Kurtlar, in the Duzici district of Osmaniye. It was built in 785/786 at a strategic point along the old Maras road by Farac Bey, the march lord of the Abbasid Caliph Harun al-Rashid.
