It lies within the Taş neighborhood of the Kozan district of Adana province. It is one of the many church and chapel ruins of varying sizes known to exist around the Sis Monastery in the region. Apart from a few surviving walls, it is in a ruined state. In the damage assessment carried out after the February 6 earthquakes, the structure, designated KO-52, showed no earthquake damage.
