Built in rubble-fill construction using rough-hewn and rubble stone, it is a single-story, vaulted structure. The mill, which has a rectangular plan, later had a single-story rubble-stone room added to it. The floor is paved with stone, screeded in places. Within the ceiling structure are cut-stone arches serving as supports, with transverse wooden beams laid at the ends of the arches. The mill is currently used as a restaurant, while the channel that brought the water and the section housing the wheel are still preserved. Its doors and windows are arched.
