Editor's Note
The building was constructed in the 1830s by Greeks as an Orthodox church. After they left the region in the 1924 population exchange, it was converted into a mosque. Following its conversion, the apse section was demolished and flattened in the 1980s, and three windows were opened on that facade. Inside, it is laid out with one central and two side aisles. Its restoration began in early 2020, and it was reopened for worship the same year.
