Editor's Note
The castle lies in the region known as Cilicia, which from the late 11th to the late 14th century was the territory of an Armenian kingdom. Like most castles in the region, neither its name nor its history is known. Oğlan Kalesi was probably built as a tower-house in the early 13th century. Source.
