Editor's Note
The present mosque was created by thoroughly renovating the old masjid that stood on the site. According to its inscription, this construction, carried out with the help of the local people, dates to AH 1308 / AD 1890-91. The mosque has wooden posts and a summer section on its east side, and its walls are built of stone.
