Hacı Abdullah Efendi, or Sheikh Abdullah Efendi, served as a teaching scholar (mudarris) in Seydisehir between 1833 and 1869 and afterwards as sheikh of the Naqshbandi order for 34 years, dying on 19 Dhu al-Hijja 1319 / 29 March 1902. The tomb was built in 1903 by the order of Sultan Abdulhamid II for Sheikh Abdullah Efendi and his family. The tomb has no construction inscription. Rectangular in plan, its walls are built of cut stone and rubble stone. The tomb structure, in which cement joints were used, has a tiled, hipped roof.
