No information about the building exists in the yearbooks and other similar publications relating to Burdur. As the building also has no inscription, obtaining information about its history would require in-depth research in archives and foundation records. However, some foundation records indicate that the building existed in the 1840s (Akdemir, 2007: 101, table 2). Although the plaster decorations in the main prayer hall of the building - which appears to have undergone maintenance and repair in recent years - date to the early 20th century, the building's general architectural and decorative features point to the 18th or 19th century.
