Located within the boundaries of Hacihamzali village, this registered workshop site is a production facility dating to the Roman period. Carved into the surface of the bedrock, these workshops served the olive oil production carried out in the region. The crushing basin and liquid-collection pits found at the site offer important evidence about how olives were processed in antiquity.
