Myndos was an ancient Dorian colony of Troezen on the coast of Caria in Asia Minor, sited on the Bodrum Peninsula a few miles northwest of Halicarnassus (modern Bodrum). The site of the ancient city is now occupied by the village of Gümüşlük.
