Built in 1748 by Alemdar El-Hac Mustafa Hasan Ağa, this is a single-space, single-domed neighbourhood mosque. The fine craftsmanship of the cut-stone masonry on its façades is striking. After the mosque was completed, a madrasa was added, turning it into a religious complex. The madrasa has not survived to the present day. Source: Adana Governorship, Adana Urban Inventory, 2012
