It is in the Hadim district, 11 km from Hadim, on the Hadim–Sazak road. The bridge stands over the Balcılar Stream (Gökdere), a tributary of the Göksu. The single-arched bridge with a semicircular arch is a masonry structure running east-west over the streambed. The bridge is about 27.00 m long and 3.50 m wide. The arch is 0.45 m thick, and the span between the arch piers is 11.80 m. The semicircular arch is 4.13 m high, and the distance from the water to the keystone is about 5.30 m. Built of rubble stone, the bridge's arch and the underside of the arch are of cut stone.
