Editor's Note
The Marmaris Museum, in the Marmaris district of Muğla, displays archaeological and ethnographic artifacts. It is housed inside Marmaris Castle, built in the 16th century by the Ottoman sultan Suleiman the Magnificent. It opened to visitors as a museum in 1991.
