Editor's Note
It was built by the French in 1923. The building has two storeys and is of masonry construction. It has a rectangular plan. There are two doors, at the front and the back. The windows are rectangular in shape. The roof is of the concealed type and is clad with tiles. The roof is reached by a wooden staircase.
