Editor's Note
The ancient remains of the Sinekkale archaeological site can be seen about 10 km after turning off the main road northward toward the Taurus Mountains from the village of Karadedeli in the town of Atakent, Silifke. There is an arched structure along with ancient stones scattered about, a cistern, and the remains of houses.
