Kilise Tepe is an archaeological mound (höyük) in Mersin Province, about 20-21 km southeast of the Mut district and 36 km northwest of Silifke, 1 km north of Kışlaköy. Lying within the future reservoir area of the planned Kayraktepe Dam on the Göksu River, it is also known as Maltepe Höyüğü.
