Editor's Note

The Golden Horn Metro Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge carrying the M2 line of the Istanbul Metro across the Golden Horn, with a metro station on the structure itself. The fourth bridge across the Golden Horn, it entered service on 15 February 2014 as part of the M2 line's extension and provides a direct rail connection between the Sarıyer district at the line's northern end and the Yenikapı transport hub in Fatih to the south.
