Editor's Note

According to the 1914 commission report, the madrasa had eight rooms - two of them fairly large and the rest single-occupancy, somewhat damp because they sat over basements. It had a laundry, a ritual washing room, latrines, and an ablution fountain fed by a well. In 1918, people who had lost their homes in a fire lived here. The madrasa has not survived to the present day.
